What counts as a transaction?
Any money-in or money-out activity, such as sales, expenses, transfers, and fees.
Is QuickBooks Online included?
No. QuickBooks Online is required and billed separately by Intuit. Bookkeeping support within QuickBooks Online is included.
What if I exceed my package limits?
If your volume increases, we’ll recommend the best tier. Changes are discussed in advance—no surprise charges.
Do you offer cleanups or catch-up bookkeeping?
Yes. Cleanup and catch-up work are quoted separately based on scope.
Is GST included?
GST tracking support is included in Standard and Growth. Filing may be quoted separately depending on complexity.
Do you offer payroll?
